Matters needing attention
(1) Be sure to open the blower first, and then open the heater. Turn off the heater first, then the blower.
(2) When the thickness of the glass plate changes, it is necessary to adjust the height of the wind knife first, otherwise it will cause damage accidents.
(3) Before stopping the transmission motor, be sure to reduce the speed regulator to zero.
(4) There is an emergency stop button on the console, which can be used in case of emergency.
(5) The glass must be placed within the limit of the feed section.
(6) When adding tap water to the washing tank, the water level should not exceed 250MM, and when the water level is lower than 200MM, water should be added in time.
It is very important to carry out daily maintenance and maintenance of the machine, usually to often observe the moving part of the machine, waterway system, wind system, electrical system, and stop immediately in case of emergency.
(1) Bearing and lubrication lubricate each lubrication point in time.
(2) The water used in the maintenance and cleaning section of the waterway system is used in the cycle. The water in the water tank should be replaced every day to ensure that the cleaning water is clean, and the water tank and filter device should be cleaned once a month. The water spraying can be monitored through the observation hole on the cleaning section cover. If there is blockage, stop the pump, open the box cover, remove the spray nozzle, and install after cleaning.
(3) Maintenance of the shunt system regularly check the operation of the blower, stop immediately in case of abnormal sound, and report to the maintenance department for inspection. The filter grid of the air intake is cleaned every two months, and the blower room is usually kept clean to avoid dust being sucked into the air path and polluting the glass.
(4) Waterway system The waterway system consists of two water tanks and four sets of circulating water systems. Detergent box should use PH=7 neutral glass cleaning agent, the last glass rinsing should use deionized water, the quality of water directly affects the surface cleanliness of the glass. The temperature of the washing liquid is generally controlled at 30 ~ 60 degrees (the water temperature heating control device is prepared by the user).
(5) The compressed air from the blower of the air path system is sent to the upper and lower cold air knives and the distance between the upper and lower hot air knives and the glass plane can be adjusted, and the gap must be adjusted when the glass thickness is changed.
