Precautions

1. After starting the machine, check whether all parts of the machine operate normally, and confirm the error before production;

2. When the thickness of the cleaning glass changes, the height should be readjust. Before adjustment, the brush motor belt tightening wheel should be loosened first, and the tightening belt wheel should be tightened and fixed after the height is adjusted;

3, the transmission speed can not be adjusted when the transmission is not opened;

4, often check whether the bearing, reducer, speed regulating electric oil is enough. The meshing between gears and chain sprockets should be supplemented with butter every week to reduce wear;

5, when the electronic control system failure should ask a professional electrician to check and repair.


Cleaning machine maintenance rules.

1. Check whether the debris and broken glass on the conveyor roller are cleaned up before starting;

2, the machine is equipped with sponge rod, should check whether it is too hard or too much water absorption, foreign matter should be dealt with in time. The sponge rod is too hard, should be injected with water, if necessary, use the hand to help soften, must be soft as a whole, not only local soft; Too much water, need to wring the sponge rod by hand; If there is a foreign body, it should be cleaned with water to facilitate the water absorption of the sponge rod (the device is an optional part);

3, the temperature controller should be controlled between 55º-70 º should not be adjusted higher (the heating device is an optional part);

4. The transmission uses special lubricating oil, check whether the oil level reaches the middle of the oil mirror before starting;

5, should regularly check the tightness of each transmission chain and gear, if necessary, make corresponding adjustments and add calcium grease. (Remember to avoid lubricating oil or grease falling into the middle of the working part or the tears box, water tray)

6. After each work shift, the water level of the water tank should be injected and the water tank, water pan and filter should be cleaned, and the water should be replaced every 3-5 days to ensure the water quality.


Cleaning machine may occur fault and solution

Fault:

1, the conventional small-size glass is prone to collision during cleaning;

2. Obvious watermarks after conventional glass cleaning;

3. Conventional glass can only be cleaned by the leftmost part of the upper area, and there will be collisions in other places.


Reasons and Solutions:

1. When cleaning the glass with a large cleaning machine, multiple pieces of small glass can not be washed in the same straight line, otherwise small pieces of glass will collide. Should be placed into the "product" word cleaning.

2. The glass has watermarks, check whether the wind knife is unknown, and adjust the wind knife up and down.

3. It may be that when clamping the glass, the left side is tight, and the right side is loose, and the lifting screw can be adjusted (the minicomputer is the screw) to achieve the balance between the left and the right.
